^~; I just thought I'd officially identify the girl on the right as Ruki from Digimon Tamers (..since no one seemed to be getting it right..) Neat checkerboarding effect - it sorta emphasizes the interweaving of the three characters. Only seems right that Ruki has that "why am I here, why am I here..." look in any group picture she's in. XD
